Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging at West Valley Clinic. You will work with radiologists and care teams to deliver high-quality images while maintaining safety standards and patient comfort.

The role requires ARRT certification, BLS certification, and licensing as applicable, with a rotating shift schedule and a sign-on bonus. Benefits accompany a 32–36 hour work week.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification mandatory.
• State radiologic technologist license as applicable.
• BLS for healthcare providers required.
• MA Competency Checklist may be required in some clinics.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patients and verifies orders for exams.
• Reviews images for quality and accuracy.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and keeps a safe environment.
• Completes studies promptly and assists staff with exam protocols and positioning.
• Provides patient education and ensures comfort.
• Performs infection control and uses sterile techniques.
• Operates equipment and related information systems for quality imaging.
• Keeps accurate records and follows QC and coding protocols.
