Qualifications

• Active Nevada State Radiologic Technologist student license is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographic images as requested by physicians.
• Adjust exposure parameters for optimal image quality and patient safety.
• Screen patients for imaging safety and address concerns prior to scanning.
• Position patients and use shielding to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Evaluate image quality and completeness for diagnostic use.
• Document imaging performed and associated charges in EMR/PACS.
• Maintain quality control per ARRT guidelines and QA standards.
• Prepare the radiology department daily, including cleaning and stocking.
