HCA Healthcare’s Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Development Program at TriStar Summit Medical Center in Tennessee invites Radiologic Technologists to advance their imaging careers. The 10-week online certification through MTMI includes paid 36 hours per week of CT clinical hours at HCA facilities, with hands-on training and one virtual evening class per week.

Selected participants may have tuition, fees, and books covered; upon program completion, you’ll be placed in a Full Time CT Tech role

Qualifications

• Be in a Radiologic Technologist role for the 10-week program; CT role applicants are ineligible.
• Have a current ARRT credential.
• Complete 36 hours per week of CT clinical hours over a consecutive 10-week period.
• Facility must place the employee in a Full Time CT Tech position upon completion.
• Must be employed by HCA Healthcare and complete clinicals at an HCA Healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Participants will complete a 10-week online CT Tech certification with on-site clinical hours.
• Those who successfully complete the program receive a certificate of completion and are placed in a Full Time CT Tech position.

We are looking for Radiologic Technologists (Rad Techs) to take the next step in their career through HCA Healthcare’s Accelerated Rad Tech to CT Tech Program! This program is a 10-week intensive online certification program offered through Medical Technology Management Institute (MTMI) – a Division of HCA Healthcare’s The College of Healthcare Professions. A significant benefit of this program is participants work, and are paid for, 36 hours per week while receiving the necessary Computed Technologist (CT Tech) clinical hours at our HCA Healthcare facilities.

• For selected participants, HCA Healthcare covers program tuition, fees and books, subject to program requirements.
• The training includes hands‑on, preceptor-led training in addition to one virtual evening class per week.
• The program offers colleagues in radiology technology new opportunities for career growth in the imaging space.
• Participants who successfully complete program requirements will receive a certificate of completion and be placed in a Full Time CT Tech position.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

• Be in a Radiologic Technologist role, or similar role, throughout the 10-week program. Participants already in a CT role are ineligible.
• Have a current America Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) credential.
• Complete 36 hours per week of CT clinical hours over a consecutive 10-week period. Please note participants in a PRN status may participate but must be able to commit to 36 hours per week during the program.
• Facility must be able to place employee in a Full Time position upon completion of the program.
• Must be employed by HCA Healthcare and complete clinicals at an HCA Healthcare participating facility.
