Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care operates urgent care centers across NYC, Long Island, and Westchester, focusing on providing excellent patient care and seamless service.

Role Overview: The Radiologic Technologist (RT) collaborates with Medical Providers and Assistants to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including x-rays, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient center operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing x-ray services according to provider direction, ensuring patient safety and proper positioning.
  • Conducting patient registration, verifying insurance, and scheduling appointments.
  • Preparing patients for examinations, conducting vital signs, and performing point of care tests.
  • Stocking supplies and maintaining exam rooms and administrative areas.
  • Maintaining medical records, handling correspondence, and performing daily operational tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARRT registration
  • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successful MVR background check
