Join Our Team as a Radiologic Technologist (Suffolk County) at GoHealth Urgent Care

We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions. Enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $40.00 to $52.00, with bonus potential up to $600/month, sign-on bonuses for full-time roles, and paid time off of 25 days in your first year. Additional pay incentives are available for mobile, PRN, and evening shifts (8 PM – midnight).

Role Overview

The Radiologic Technologist (RT) collaborates with Medical Providers and Assistants to perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including applying ionizing radiation and analyzing patient x-rays. The role also involves administrative duties to ensure smooth operations at our centers.

Key Responsibilities

1. X-ray Services: Perform x-ray procedures on patients of all ages, ensuring proper positioning and protection.
2. Patient Registration: Handle paperwork, verify insurance, process co-pays, and schedule appointments.
3. Patient Preparation and Rooming: Prepare patients, conduct vital sign checks, and perform point-of-care testing as needed.
4. Stocking and Maintenance: Manage supplies, check expiration dates, and maintain exam rooms.
5. Administrative Tasks: Maintain medical records, answer calls, conduct follow-up calls, and perform opening/closing duties.

Minimum Requirements

• ARRT registration
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Successful MVR background check
