Community Care Partners is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform standard x-ray examinations and related patient care tasks in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required.
• Current state Radiologic Technologist licensure required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Experience preferred, new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating radiologic equipment.
• Position patients and x-ray equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Adhere to shielding protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Prepare patients, take vital signs and histories, and provide treatment as applicable.
• Perform blood draws and administer injections and vaccines.
• Maintain and sterilize exam rooms and equipment; prep supplies.
• Set exposure parameters per examination.
• Use CR and DR systems to acquire images.
• Review images for density, contrast, and technical quality.
• Send and store images appropriately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
