St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology Department.

The role involves fluoroscopy, OR, GI/Pulmonary, general X-ray, and specialized procedures, with opportunities to expand skills and mentor future radiology professionals. This full-time position offers a first shift with weekend and holiday rotation, a pay range of $28.55–$46.05 per hour, up to $6,000 sign-on, tuition reimbursement, and loan repayment programs, plus benefits

Competenze

• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
• Registered Technologist (RT) with ARRT.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months.
• Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology.

Mansioni

• Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures including general diagnostic and fluoroscopic.
• Explain procedures to patients, obtain clinical history and address questions.
• Position patients and select exposure factors with radiation safety in mind.
• Identify patient and label images; ensure exam accuracy and proper billing codes.
• Assist, communicate and consult with Radiologists.
• Maintain records and enter data into radiology information systems.
