Comprehensive Pain and Spine Specialists, LLC in Lafayette, IN is seeking an ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist to operate a C-arm and assist physicians during fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures.

Join a close clinical team delivering spinal injections, nerve blocks, and related therapies. Prior pain management or C-arm experience is welcome but not required; training will be provided to bring you up to speed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and registration in Radiography (RT(R)).
• Indiana Radiologic Technologist license.
• Graduation from an approved radiography program.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain it within required timeframe.
• Collaborative approach to patient care and learning outpatient interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the C-arm during procedures, obtain images under physician direction, and follow radiation safety practices.
• Position patients, prepare the procedure room, and help maintain a safe procedural environment.
• Document fluoroscopy and exposure information according to practice policy.
• Check equipment, report concerns, and help keep procedure rooms and supplies ready.
• When the procedure schedule allows, support patient flow by rooming patients, recording vital signs, turning over rooms, and assisting the clinical team within your training and role.

Job description

Use your radiography skills in a hands-on outpatient procedure setting. We are seeking an ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist to operate a C-arm and work alongside our physicians during fluoroscopy guided interventional pain procedures.

You will be part of a close clinical team that treats patients with chronic pain through spinal injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency procedures, spinal cord stimulator trials, and intrathecal pain pump procedures. Prior pain management or C-arm experience is welcome but is not required for an otherwise qualified technologist who is ready to complete our procedure-specific training.

What you’ll do

• *Operate the C-arm during procedures, obtain images under physician direction, and follow radiation safety practices.
• *Position patients, prepare the procedure room, and help maintain a safe procedural environment.
• *Document required fluoroscopy and exposure information according to practice policy.
• *Check equipment, report concerns, and help keep procedure rooms and supplies ready.
• *When the procedure schedule allows, support patient flow by rooming patients, recording vital signs, turning over rooms, and assisting the clinical team with tasks within your training and role.

What you’ll need

• *Current ARRT certification and registration in Radiography, RT(R).
• *Current Indiana Radiologic Technologist license.
• *Graduation from an approved radiography program.
• *BLS certification, or the ability to obtain it within the practice’s required timeframe.
• *A collaborative approach to patient care and an interest in learning outpatient interventional procedures.

Experience with C-arm fluoroscopy, an operating room, ambulatory surgery, orthopedics, spine care, or interventional pain management is a plus.
