CareNow – West Columbia in South Carolina is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (PT) to perform radiologic and lab duties, support front desk operations, and uphold patient care standards. The role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and compliance with state licensing where applicable.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting and the ability to maintain equipment and records while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services is required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment or promotion, must obtain and maintain state license (if required by the state) for Office Laboratory Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Document patient records and ensure timely, high-quality care and customer service.
• Assist front desk duties: greet patients, check in/out, and process records releases.
• Maintain and calibrate x-ray and lab equipment; document artifacts and inspections.
• Maintain records of in-house tests and outside lab submissions; conduct equipment audits.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Performs allrequiredRadiological and Lab dutiesin accordance withlicense and performs front desk duties as assigned. Demonstrates excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction.

As a Radiology Tech, you will:

• Work with all clinic staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and that patients receivehigh-qualitycare and services. Provides care to patientsin a timely manner.
• Perform all x-ray views according to provider’s orders, clinical practice under statelawand in compliance with company policy and procedures. Document the patient record according toestablishedclinicalpracticeand company policies and procedures. Perform drug screens,urinalysisand other in-house lab tests accurately.Processspecimens for reference labs.
• Help support front desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out, End of Daycloseout procedures, patient interactions, lobbychecksand records release.
• Maintain,calibrateand perform controls on lab/x-ray equipment daily. Inspects andreportsartifacts from the x-ray screen. Operate equipment according to policy and manufacturer guidelines. Complete semi-annual X-Ray inspections.
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, x-rays, and lab work sent out to other labs. Perform equipment audits as scheduled. Ensure the occupational client’s work form isfollowedand occupational procedures are adhered to.
• Work closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front DeskCoordinatorand all clinic staff tomaintainsmooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policiespertaining toinfection control and hand hygiene.
• May berequiredto work alternate shifts and may berequiredto float to other clinic locations.

You Should Have:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Servicesrequired.
• 1+yearof clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist, ARRT Certificationrequired. State licensure may berequired.
• BLS certification within30 daysof startrequired.
