Job summary

Fairfield Memorial Hospital Association is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and support patient care in a hospital setting. The role focuses on proper positioning, image quality, and safety across all age groups.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT certified, and licensed by IEMA, with strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Licensed by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA), Division of Nuclear Safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients of all ages for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Provide patient and family education regarding imaging procedures and equipment.
• Determine proper positioning, technique, and exposure factors to obtain diagnostic images.
