Job summary

Wellstar Medical Group, LLC in Georgia is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to join our integrated imaging team. You will perform imaging exams across modalities, adhere to ALARA principles, and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate care.

Requirements include Accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT-R certification, BLS, and at least 1 year radiology experience. We offer a supportive environment, shift differential pay, and access to Wellstar’s CareerCare program.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT-R Radiography certification
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge in modality imaging while adhering to department protocol and ALARA principles.
• Performs imaging exams consistent with assigned modality in various settings.
• Evaluates images for technical quality and ensures proper patient identification.
• Provides optimal patient care and supports radiologist during procedures.
• Assists the Radiologist with procedures and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned and complies with Wellstar Health System policies.
