Qualifications

• ARRT certification required within 3 months of hire.
• KBMIRT temporary license required prior to start date.
• BLS required.
• One year of experience as a general radiographer preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic examinations according to established protocols.
• Maintains knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
• Assists radiologists with complex examinations and prepares contrast media as needed.
• Ensures procedures are complete and ready for physician interpretation.
• Educates patients pre- and post-exam as required.
