Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of General Diagnostic Radiology and adheres to UNC Healthcare protocols and policies.
• Verify demographics, markers, and orders; save and transmit images to PACS; document procedures in RIS.
• Perform routine radiology procedures; ensure timely exams and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Utilize RIS, CIS, PACS, SMS to access data; adjust orders for appropriateness and transmit results.
• Assess patient condition, ensure safety, manage emergencies, and coordinate with needed personnel.
