CareNow, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiologic and lab duties, ensure patient care, and support front desk operations. The role emphasizes accurate imaging, lab processing, and maintaining equipment, with collaboration across clinic staff.

Ideal candidates will have accredited radiologic education, ARRT certification, and BLS, Breath Alcohol, and Drug screening credentials within 30 days of start. State licensure as required may apply.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification required; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment, obtain and maintain state license (if required) for Office Laboratory Assistant.

Responsabilidades

• Perform radiologic views (x-ray) per provider orders and state law, document records.
• Perform and process in-house lab tests (urinalysis, drug screens) and prepare specimens for reference labs.
• Assist with front desk tasks: greet patients, check in/out, end-of-day closeout, records release.
• Maintain and calibrate x-ray and lab equipment; conduct semi-annual X-Ray inspections.
• Maintain logs of in-house lab work, x-rays, and external lab submissions; conduct equipment audits.
• Collaborate with Center Manager, Medical Staff, and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene policies; may rotate to other clinic locations.
