Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of AMA Council of Education program in radiologic technology.
• Certification by ARRT.
• State Medical Board certification as M.R.T.
• Current CPR and AED certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform radiographic examinations following established protocols for patient positioning, equipment operation, image receptor selection, and radiographic techniques.
• Use RIS, Synapse, and PACS to document, verify, code, and transmit imaging studies and required records.
• Verify patient identity and orders, assess patient conditions, apply radiation protection standards, and adjust technical factors as needed.
• Maintain compliance with ACR, state, and departmental QA standards through documentation, QA/QC monitoring, and workflow reviews.
• Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork; maintain organized work areas and support continuity of patient care.
