Job summary

Summit Orthopedics is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our patient‑first team. This full‑time role is based at the Plymouth Bass Lake Campus and will float to Eagan, Woodlake, Eden Prairie and Lakeville locations, with a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts.

The ideal candidate has an Associates of Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration, and prior experience in medical settings; responsibilities include preparing patients and taking X-rays following established procedures to aid

• Possess advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of multiple computer applications and equipment, such as PACS, Outlook, and EMR.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
• Experience in medical office and exam room settings.
• Frequent contact with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures.

The Radiologic Technologist prepares patients for radiologic procedures, takes x‑rays following established procedures to assist in the diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.

This is a full‑time, 1.0 FTE Radiologic Technologist position based at our Plymouth Bass Lake Campus and will float to our Eagan, Woodlake, Eden Prairie and Lakeville locations. Combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with current ARRT registration.

Qualifications

Education: Associates of Radiologic Technology (required)

Experience: 1 year in a health care setting preferred; 1‑3 years of experience as X‑ray technologist, preferably in physician practice environment; courses in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology preferred.

Licenses & Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration required; Basic Life Support (required)
