Fairview Health Services is seeking a Flex Radiologic Technologist to support imaging services across multiple Fairview Clinics in Eagan, Woodbury, Highland Park, Lakeville, Bloomington, Edina, Burnsville, and other locations as needed. This 0.6 FTE role includes a rotating schedule across weekdays and on-call weekends, with a prorated sign-on bonus based on experience.

• Completes quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol.
• Ensures patient data integrity
• Accurately maintains and updates patient records including; edits, scheduling, billing, status changes and image transfers in a timely manner
• Performs accurate image marking and digital image manipulation and archiving
• Participates as an active team member
• Orients and mentors new employees and students
• Participates in department/facility process/quality improvement initiatives

Job Overview

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Flex Radiologic Technologist to join us at our Fairview Clinics in Eagan, Woodbury, Highland Park, Lakeville, Bloomington, Edina and Burnsville and other clincs as needed! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work the following schedule:Week 1Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30AM - 6PM or 9:30AM - 8PMWeek 2 Thursday and Friday from 7AM - 5PM or 9:30AM - 8PMSaturday and Sunday (on call, paid for 7.5 hours per day)*Weekend hours are either 9AM - 5PM or 9AM - 8PMThis position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.

The Flex Radiologic Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging in multiple ambulatory settings and locations. Responsible for providing quality age-appropriate patient care for patients according to established standards of practice and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The flex radiologic technologist supports all imaging procedures, surgical cases, fluoroscopy studies, portable x-ray, and general x-ray performed in the ambulatory care setting. Provides assist in the opening of the supplies/equipment for surgical and special procedure cases as well as responding to codes, trauma activations and other emergent needs for imaging in an ambulatory care environment. This position will consistently work in multiple locations, based on service coverage needs.
