Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for night shifts, performing diagnostic radiographs and advanced imaging procedures including fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures. You will care for patients across all ages and ensure high-quality imaging per established standards.

The ideal candidate has an AMA or JRCERT-accredited radiologic technology education, ARRT and BCLS certification, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Two years of work experience required.
• ARRT certification required upon hire.
• BCLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to obtain clinical diagnostic radiographs and perform routine diagnostic procedures.
• Delivers imaging services and patient care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced imaging (fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures) and provides complex technical care when needed.

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
