Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment for diagnostic radiographs and deliver patient-centered imaging services. The role requires adherence to established standards and procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a regional hospital setting in Georgia.

Experience is not required; graduates of AMA-approved programs or JRCERT-accredited training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• ARRT registration Upon Hire is required and BCLS certification Upon Hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to create clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures per established standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric.
