Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health and New England Baptist Hospital are seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to provide radiographic services across NEBH locations. You will perform OR, C-arm, fluoroscopy, and plain film exams while ensuring high-quality images and compassionate patient care following ALARA principles.

Qualified applicants hold a MA Radiologic License and ARRT certification, with Heart Saver/BLS or equivalent, and have an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts radiologic license required.
• ARRT Certification required. Heart Saver certification or BLS from AHA; if not, certification within 60 days of hire.
• Experience in hospital imaging department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs requested radiographic exams across NEBH locations in a timely and quality manner.
• Verifies patient identity, requisition details, and ensures correct exam data for billing and record keeping.
• Operates imaging equipment safely, adheres to ALARA principles, and contributes to team and patient care.
• May rotate to NEBH locations and assist non-imaging functions as needed.

Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
