Job summary

AdventHealth Winter Park is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and maintain high-quality image documentation. The role requires adherence to safety standards and excellent collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment, maintaining room readiness, and ensuring accurate EMR/PACS entries. Prior ARRT radiography certification and BLS are preferred, with opportunities for cross-training in advanced

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiography procedures.
• Able to operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Experience with patient positioning and orientation.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography or equivalent.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certified.

Responsibilities

• Moves, positions and operates radiographic equipment for procedures.
• Maintain infection control and room readiness; inventory management.
• Document imaging data accurately in EMR and PACS.
• Ensure quality imaging and adherence to ALARA principles.
• Cross-train into advanced modalities as needed.
