Job summary

Lubbock Heart Hospital is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join the LHSH team for full-time night shifts. You will position patients, operate radiologic equipment, and ensure image quality while following safety procedures and department policies.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT Radiography registration, current BLS certification, and demonstrate competency with radiology equipment. New grads welcomed; 7 on/7 off shift supports continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• New Graduates accepted.
• Maintains current BLS certification.
• Demonstrates knowledge of operation of assigned equipment through competency skills checklist(s).

Responsibilities

• Position patients and adjust equipment for x-rays per procedures.
• Instruct patients regarding procedures and safety.
• Maintain examination rooms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Work as a team within radiology and hospital departments.
• Participate in on-call standby and report promptly for studies.
