Job summary

Froedtert & MCW is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to prepare patients, perform imaging procedures, and operate imaging equipment under the direction of radiologists. This role requires ARRT registration and Wisconsin licensure, with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Additional CT, Mammography, or Bone Densitometry credentials are preferred. The ideal candidate will maintain radiation safety, provide patient-centered care, and support departmental quality initiatives while collaborating with staff

Qualifications

• Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• An additional 1–2 years of college/university coursework and/or an undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and position them appropriately.
• Perform imaging studies and operate imaging equipment.
• Adhere to radiation protection guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide positive interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist in patient care areas as needed.
• Support departmental excellence initiatives.
