Job summary

The Froedtert Health imaging team seeks a CT Technologist/Radiologic Technologist. Willing to train for CT Technologist. Duties include patient prep, imaging procedures, and equipment operation under radiologist supervision, with strict radiation safety and patient communication.

Requires ARRT radiography plus Wisconsin license, with CT/Mammography/Bone Density certification within 18 months. One year per modality preferred; BLS required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Post high school completion of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
• ARRT registered and current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required.
• Registered by the ARRT in CT, Mammography or Bone Density within 18 months of hire/transfer.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and perform imaging procedures under radiologist direction.
• Operate imaging equipment and follow prescribed protocols with radiation protection.
• Interact professionally with patients, visitors and staff.
• Provide ancillary services and assist in patient care areas as needed.
• Maintain compliance with organizational customer service standards.
