K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time daytime role in the Boston, MA area.

The position involves performing radiographic procedures, ensuring proper patient positioning, accurate labeling of films, and strict adherence to ALARA and safety protocols. Applicants should hold ARRT certification and an Associate’s Degree in Science; experience is welcome but new grads may apply. The role offers a full benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Has good knowledge of positioning, technical factors, clinical information and correct marking and labeling of films.
• Ensures that radiation doses for patients remain within safe ALARA limits.
• Follows radiation safety best practices.
• Demonstrates skills to assess age-specific needs and provide appropriate care.
• Performs radiographic procedures including basic xray, OR, fluoroscopy or CT training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and perform radiographic procedures with accuracy.
• Label films correctly and maintain proper documentation.
• Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety standards.
• Support OR and fluoroscopy procedures as needed; pursue CT opportunities.
• Engage in ongoing education and CEU‑compliant activities.
