Join to apply for the Radiologic Technologist – Mammography role at UW Health.

Work Schedule: 70% FTE, day shift. 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Some weekend shifts required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine, complex, and specialized radiologic procedures under supervision.
2. Perform bone mineral density (BMD) exams.
3. Maintain and repair imaging equipment, participate in quality assurance, and troubleshoot image processing and archiving issues.
4. Collaborate with staff to prioritize and organize schedules, triage procedures.
5. Train and serve as a clinical instructor for other imaging staff and trainees.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
• Bone Mineral Density (BMD) certification (Preferred).

Experience & Licenses:

• Previous healthcare experience (Required).
• 2 years of clinical experience (Preferred).
• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification (Required).
• Wisconsin Radiological License (Required).
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification (Required within 30 months).
• CPR certification (Required within 3 months).
