Work Schedule
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. Pay: $29.52 - $41.33 per hour, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide monitoring, coaching and evaluation of team members’ performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management.
- Serve as a positive role model by working with team members to promote teamwork and cooperation.
- Assist with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision‑making/problem solving.
- Perform responsibilities of underlying job, take responsibility for or provide guidance to team members on handling complex or novel issues.
- Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- May work with radiology students.
- Within scope of job, require critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position. State licensure if required by law.
- 2 years of experience.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
