Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Current New Mexico Radiography Technologist (RRT) license or Temporary Radiography License.
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography preferred at time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality radiographic examinations per physician orders and safety standards.
  • Maintain compliance with department policies, QA initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures with clear instructions and comfort.
  • Operate radiographic equipment safely to produce diagnostic images.
  • Review images for technical quality and accuracy; ensure imaging standards are met.
  • Inspect and monitor equipment, supplies, and accessories for readiness and safety.
  • Assist with patient transport and maintain examination rooms in a clean, safe state.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support timely patient care.
