Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures, operating appropriate radiography equipment.
• Processes imaging media and troubleshoots routine problems.
• Provides basic nursing care as part of imaging procedures.
• Performs departmental clerical duties related to imaging services.
• Protects patients' rights and maintains patient safety in the radiology department.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities and quality initiatives.
• Assists with orientation of new personnel and supervises students during clinical rotations.
• Promotes a safe environment throughout the department.
