Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics seeks a Radiologist Technologist to join our Medical Department in Old Bridge, NJ. You will perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, educate patients, and ensure safety and quality in imaging while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and a New Jersey license, with CPR/BLS preferred. This on-site full-time role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning, anatomy, radiation safety, and imaging protocols.
• Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Position and educate patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and radiation protection.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain imaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Document patient information and imaging procedures accurately in clinic records.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to support efficient patient care.
• Communicate imaging-related information to patients and team members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, licensure, and certification requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance imaging knowledge and skills.
• Support scheduling, recordkeeping and administrative tasks to promote operational excellence.
• Deliver exceptional patient service within outpatient orthopedic care.
