Job summary

CareNow urgent care, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiology procedures and ensure quality control across equipment and processes. Join a large network delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive team.

Eligible for a up to $4,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Experience in radiology and an ARRT license are required; BLS within 30 days and federal screening certifications within 3 months are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is beneficial
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences
• Current ARRT license required
• GMRT license if state requires it
• Ability to obtain BLS Certification within 30 days
• Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by attending physician
• Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment
• Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs
• Ensure occupational client's preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to
• Assist with general patient care when needed
