Qualifications

• Completion of an approved radiologic technology program is required.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARRT registry eligible.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies physician orders and procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Completes timely quality control procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Operates equipment to complete imaging procedures following protocols.
• Explains procedures to patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
