Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• AR RT registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Obtains diagnostic XRAYs using radiation-generating equipment to aid physicians and providers in diagnosis for patients across age groups.

• Biweekly Hours: 48
• Shift: Days/Evenings
• Schedule: 8hr shifts
• Start/End Time: 7:30a-4p
• Weekends: Every 4th weekend 3p-11:30p

Obtains diagnostic XRAYs using radiation-generating equipment to aid physicians and providers in the diagnosis of diseases in infants through adults.

Equipment

• Brand new Siemens Flouro remote and direct units
• Siemens diagnostic DR x-ray equipment
• Portable Konica digital unit
• Shimadzu x-ray with stitching capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of am accredited Radiologic Technology Program
• Has and maintains status as a Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License.
• BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Physical Requirements

• May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
• May need to lift, pull or push over 50 lbs.
• May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
