Qualifications

• Radiologic Technologist required as the role
• ARRT certification required
• State radiologic technologist license required
• BLS for healthcare providers required
• May need MA Competency Checklist and MA function in clinic or InstaCare settings

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams per department protocol and ensure image quality
• Maintain radiation safety guidelines and a safe environment
• Instruct students and other technologists in exam protocols and equipment
• Ensure proper patient identification, consent, and comfort
• Document procedures and any adverse reactions and keep records up to date
• Coordinate with radiologists, physicians and care teams to ensure timely results
