Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across inpatient, outpatient, or emergency settings. You will operate fluoroscopic, portable, and radiographic equipment, ensuring patient safety and accurate imaging.

The role requires ARRT registration, state licensure, and a commitment to ALARA principles. We offer a 36-hour weekly schedule (7:30a-8:00p; 2 weekdays + every other weekend), a $20K sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including day-one

Qualifications

• Must effectively use interpersonal skills to deal with patients and teammates under stress.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written/spoken English.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiographic principles and ALARA.
• Physically capable of lifting 40 lbs or more.
• Able to respond to emergencies and infection control situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain exams and safety protocols to patients.
• Verify patient and exam details; ensure correct labeling and PACS transmission.
• Maintain site competencies and department certifications.
• Provide care in designated radiography areas with flexibility to cover other sites.
