Job summary

Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Diagnostic X-Ray Technologist to deliver high quality radiographs and fluoroscopic support under supervision. You will prepare, position patients and assist radiologists while ensuring patient safety and regulatory readiness.

The role requires ARRT registration within 180 days, NYS licensure, BLS, and a formal radiology program; new graduates are welcome. Join a team committed to excellent patient care and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiology technology training program in an AMA approved school, required

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality radiographs with prompt, accurate results
• Assist fluoroscopy and radiology procedures under leadership
• Transport patients as needed and ensure safety
• Maintain radiology room readiness and supply levels
• Explain procedures to patients and address questions
• Attend department meetings and participate in ongoing education
