Backus Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiography across locations, including ambulatory and acute settings, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging. You will position patients, operate x-ray equipment, and provide patient care during exams, with fluoroscopy as needed.

The role requires graduation from an accredited radiography program, CT radiography license in Connecticut, ARRT certification within 120 days of graduation for new grads, and BLS.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (obtained within 120 days of graduation for new graduates).
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in ambulatory or acute settings.
• Position patients and operate diagnostic x-ray equipment.
• Provide patient care during imaging exams to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• May perform fluoroscopic procedures as needed.
