Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic exams and ensure high-quality images. The role requires obtaining patient histories, explaining procedures, and maintaining patient comfort during the exam.

Licensed with IEMA and CPR certified, ARRT registry eligible within 12 months. Location is on-site with evening Fri/Sat/Sun shifts and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• License: IEMA licensing required.
• Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program.
• Certification: CPR certification required and ARRT registry eligible within 1 year of employment.
• Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

• Prepare patients for exams, record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure comfort.

• Submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner.

Hourly Pay Range: $28.30 - $43.87 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Radiology Technologist

Position Highlights:

• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
• Hours: Friday evening, Sat/Sun evening/midnight
• Required Travel: no

What you will do:

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Perform radiographic exams
• Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
• Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What you will need:

• License: IEMA licensing required
• Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program
• Certification: CPRcertification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
• Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
