Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health in Jonesboro, AR seeks a Radiologic Technologist with ARRT radiography credentials to perform CT imaging and other radiology procedures. You will follow hospital protocols, document procedures, and help maintain safety and quality through ongoing performance improvements.

Strong knowledge of radiologic theory, ability to select appropriate techniques, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire are required. This role is on-site in the radiology department.

Qualifications

• Registered radiologic technologist with ARRT(R) in Radiography is required.
• CT registration with ARRT(CT) is preferred.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures according to radiology practice standards to aid in diagnosis/treatment.
• Develop and implement the procedure/treatment plan as directed.
• Apply hospital protocols and guidelines to procedures.
• Complete documentation to comply with policies.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean state.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities to uphold standards.
• Complete assigned goals.
