The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure where applicable, and hands-on radiology experience. Training and quality control are emphasized to ensure patient safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients of all ages.
• Position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment; ensure QA/QC records.
• Document procedures in patient records and communicate results to providers.
• Adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles to minimize exposure.
