Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and support patient care across age groups. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, and follow ALARA guidelines to ensure safe, high-quality results.

The role involves coordinating with Medical Providers and Aides, maintaining records, and contributing to a smooth, patient-centered clinic experience in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• BLS certification and ARRT registration required at hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist where required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures for patients across all age groups.
• Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain high-quality images.
• Adhere to ALARA and radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain patient records and assist in clinical operations.
• Collaborate with providers and technologists to ensure care continuity.
• Provide patient care, preparation, and post-procedure instructions.
