Hartford Hospital in Connecticut is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic imaging in an acute care setting, positioning patients and operating X-ray equipment to aid diagnosis and treatment. Fluoroscopic procedures and OR C-arm work are included.

You will follow radiation safety standards, document in EMR, RIS, and PACS, and gather patient information to ensure exams match requests. New hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
• State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (obtained within 120days of graduation for new graduates).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).

Mansioni

• Performs radiologic exams by positioning patients and operating radiographic equipment to produce high quality images.
• Assists in fluoroscopy; operates C-arm in OR as needed.
• Adheres to radiation safety; minimizes exposure and uses shielding.
• Records exam data in EMR, RIS and PACS, including charges and imaging details.
• Gathers patient info (labs, meds) to ensure exam aligns with request.
• Performs other related duties as required.
