135 Aurora Health Care Southern Lakes, Inc. in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a part-time Radiology Technologist for 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week) across hospital and Racine County clinics.

The role includes performing radiographic procedures, patient communication, and collaboration with radiologists to ensure high-quality exams. Required is a Wisconsin radiographer license and ARRT RT registration; BLS certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• No experience required; requires completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Requires Wisconsin radiographer license and ARRT RT registration; BLS within 6 months.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures including general diagnostic and fluoroscopic exams.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain clinical history.
• Position patients and select exposure factors with radiation safety.
• Identify patient, label images, and ensure exam accuracy and proper billing codes.
• Assist and consult with radiologists.
• Document procedures in the radiology information system.
• Perform patient handling tasks requiring lifting and pushing/pulling.
