Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures at our North Pavilion location. You will work within a fast-paced trauma and emergency environment to deliver high-quality imaging with patient safety in mind.

The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility within a year, a radiography program degree, BLS certification, and typically one year of experience. Weekend AM/PM shifts apply, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Radiography program accredited by ARRT.
• One year of general radiography experience preferred.
• Currently registered as RT(ARRT) OR within 1 year of hire.
• BLS from AHA required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological procedures at the North Pavilion location.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic examinations in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
• Support trauma teams and emergency services while maintaining patient safety.
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies.
