Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care Radiology team seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to deliver diagnostic imaging and supportive patient care within our urgent care centers.

You will apply ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis, ensure patient safety, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with Medical Providers. ARRT registration and state licensure as required by location are required. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required where applicable by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients of all ages.
• Position patients and protect during imaging per ALARA principles.
• Maintain medical records and QA/QC logs; document procedures.
• Support clinic operations and coordinate with Providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety during imaging.
