Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology imaging for diverse patient populations. You will prepare patients, position them correctly, capture high-quality images, and report results to Providers with accuracy.

You will also maintain equipment, maintain records, and follow strict radiation safety guidelines. A strong team collaboration mindset and commitment to ALARA are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures for patients of all ages.
• Position patients correctly and ensure safety during imaging.
• Prepare and process patient records and documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment per QA/QC protocols.
• Adhere to ALARA and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with Providers and Medical Assistants to deliver care.
