Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine radiologic exams and support the medical team in a fast-paced facility in Springfield, MA.

The role includes patient preparation, imaging, safety, documentation, and front-office duties, with DOT testing and various medical procedures performed under supervision. The position requires ARRT certification, CPR/First Aid, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with state certification.
• ARRT registered and current certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist with positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Apply radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain and calibrate radiology equipment per policy and procedures.
• Perform DOT and Non-DOT testing and assist clinicians during exams.
• Greet patients and manage front/back office duties while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
