Job summary

Concentra is hiring a Radiologic Technologist & Medical Support Specialist to perform routine x-ray examinations under supervision and assist in other center duties. The role emphasizes patient care, safety, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has ARRT certification, radiologic technology education, CPR/First Aid, and 6+ months of medical assistant experience. DOT testing and front office duties are also included.

Qualifications

• Education and certifications required for Radiologic Technologist/MSS roles.
• High school diploma or GED required; ARRT certification and state certification.
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program; CPR/First Aid.
• Six months of medical assistant experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and assist in positioning.
• Operate radiologic equipment and ensure safety and exposure control.
• Maintain equipment, QA/QC, and documentation per policy.
• Assist with DOT/non-DOT testing and patient flow in the center.
• Support clerical tasks, front/back office duties, HIPAA compliance.
• Provide excellent patient experience and accurate charting.
