Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CAHEA program or equivalent on-the-job training approved by Imaging Services Medical Director.
• ARRT certification preferred.
• Experience: One year experience preferred; competency in imaging practice and patient positioning.
• Licenses/certificates: CT registry preferred, CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
• Follow safety practices and participate in safety programs.
• Register patients and input data into computer systems.
• Coordinate cases with other patient examinations and with radiologists.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and manage supplies.
• Rotate call schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and administer contrast materials.
• Document examination history and ensure accurate reporting and records.
