Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with radiographic, fluoroscopic, and mobile equipment. You will follow established protocols, ensure patient safety, and produce high-quality images across all age groups.

The role may require rotating between Westwood and Santa Monica sites to support patient care. The ideal candidate will be ARRT-certified, CRT-licensed, hold a fluoroscopic permit, and a current BCLS certification, with an accredited radiologic

Qualifications

ARRT certification is required.
CRT license is required.
Fluoroscopic permit is required.
BCLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required.
Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program graduate.
Ability to adapt to advancing technology.
Ability to identify contraindications for exams.
Ability to respond to referring services, physicians and patients.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Independent decision making in radiology tasks.
Telephone etiquette for high-volume lines.
Understanding EMTALA requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiographic, fluoroscopic, and mobile equipment.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images following protocols and safety standards.
Rotates among UCLA Health radiology locations as needed to support patient care.
Operate Digital Radiography and image processing systems in accordance with regulatory standards.
